Operations Specialist

About this position

Operations Specialist Your position will be Operations Specialist in our company and as such you will be reporting to our Head of Operations. Responsibilities Provide high-quality inbound and outbound customer support to clients through various channels regarding all Company products and services in Bulgarian and English; Conduct customer due diligence, ongoing monitoring and KYC processes; Handles day-to-day payment operations and reconciliation processes; Perform other various duties that fall within the scope of the Operations department, or such assigned by the direct manager; Handle work-related documentation ensuring that all relevant requirements are met including but not limited to client verification documents, distraints etc.; Interact with partners and providers, answering questions, and resolving issues; Identify ways to improve customer experiences; Give recommendations, suggestions, and ideas that can be implemented to transform and improve the operations within the organization; Participate in the planning, definition and establishment of operational processes, procedures and standards; Report operational data to supervisors/department heads as needed; Assists the Head of Operations in achieving the goals and tasks of the Operations Department; Assist in maintaining the quality and timely execution of activities within the Operations Department; Alerts the Head of Operations in case of an issue affecting the product and clients - technical or otherwise. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred; 2+ years of experience as an operations specialist or in a similar role; Fluent command of Bulgarian and English - both written and verbal; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) and stakeholder management with an ability to translate business needs to a technical team; Strong organizational and time management skills; Proven track record in the execution of back office processes; Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word); Experience with CRM systems is preferred; Experience in the payments industry including proven experience in payments via digital wallets, FX, cross border payments, and exposure to SEPA payments is an advantage.
